Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. This usually means that your package will arrive anywhere in the United States within 2-6 days. We are located on the east coast so if you are on the West Coast please allow an extra day or two. We will choose the method that is best for your party date. (Be sure to put this in the comments section!) If you choose Priority we will ship your package overnight either with USPS or UPS. If you would like other arrangements to be made Please feel free to contact us.

.01 to $20.00 Shipping= $5.95
$20.01 to $60.00 Shipping= $8.95
$60.01 to $100.00 Shipping= $10.95
100.01 to $150.00 Shipping= $15.95
$150.01 to $200.00 Shipping= $20.95
$200.01 to $300.00 Shipping= $27.95 $300.01 to $900.00 Shipping= $35.95

We can provide rush services if you wish. The same day ship fee is a flat $10.00 for us to pull, pack and gurantee that your package goes out same day. These orders need to be placed by phone by 2:30 Eastern Time.

Our return policy is as follows:
Call for Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and return items within 30 days of original ship date.

20% restocking fee. Prepackaged items must be returned unopened. All items must be unused and in new condition to receive credit.

Due to risk of damage and shelf life, the following items are not accepted for return: pinatas, paper chinese boxes, scrapbooking materials, temporary tattoos and edible items.
